Pilates Reformer 101 - A Level 1 class! Calling all those who are NEW to Pilates or those returning to class after a long break from Pilates.
The Pilates Reformer challenges you in multiple ways and each class is different but will give you a solid foundation to build on. Resistance with the use of body-weight against gravity plus springs and pulleys, body position and coordinated movement are combined to achieve challenge and personal growth. Grip-Socks must be worn and long hair pulled up during all equipment classes.
