This ADVANCED Athletic Pilates Reformer class is a challenge! You may work with any of the accessories to the Reformer, such as: Jumpboard, Sitting Box, Pilates Arc, Magic Circle, Bands, Weighted balls...  You'll build total body strength as we sequence movement & coordination work from a full compliment of the Pilates Repertoire. 
*NOTE: attendees must be able to keep a pace, work at an intermediate-advanced level, in all positions, facings and planes of movement and know that modifications will be minimal. Every class will be different. Pre-requisite: 1 year or more of regular Pilates equipment practice and must be able to work on knees and do inversions.
