Pilates Reformer class is for all levels and is a complete workout. The Pilates Reformer will challenge you in multiple ways and every class is different. Resistance with the use of body-weight against gravity plus springs and pulleys, body position and coordinated movement are combined to achieve challenge and personal growth. Grip-Socks must be worn during all equipment classes. Pre-Requisite: Minimum: 2 Solo Private sessions if you are new to Pilates Equipment.
