Pilates mixed equipment class is a complete workout. The Pilates Reformer & Springboard Tower challenge you in multiple ways and each class is different. Mat-work and Pilates Arc, Box, Magic Circle or Balls may also be used in this class so, every session is different! Resistance with the use of body-weight against gravity plus springs and pulleys, body position and coordinated movement are combined to achieve challenge and personal growth.
*Grip-Socks must be worn during all equipment classes.
*Pre-Requisite: a minimum of 2 Solo Private lessons AND 3 Pilates Group Reformer Classes are required before attending this class.
